Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Broadify (“Service”), operated by Broadify (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Workspaces

Broadify supports multi-user workspaces. Workspace owners are responsible for managing members, permissions, and ensuring all members comply with these Terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Broadify. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Broadify offers free trials and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Usage limits (projects, campaigns, AI generations, images) are determined by your plan. Exceeding limits may result in restricted functionality until the next billing cycle or a plan upgrade.

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for annual plans within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plan payments are non-refundable.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all source material you provide to Broadify (URLs, text, files, audio). We do not claim ownership of your inputs.

Generated Content

You own the AI-generated content produced by Broadify from your inputs. You are free to use, modify, publish, and distribute generated content without restriction.

Our Platform

The Broadify platform, including its design, code, prompts, and AI models, remains our intellectual property. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Broadify uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publication
• Similar inputs may produce similar outputs for different users
• We do not guarantee that generated content is free from factual errors, bias, or copyright concerns
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing generated content

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Broadify to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute spam or bulk unsolicited content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or prompts
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broadify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
